Further training opportunities

As part of our Welcome Day, we welcome all new colleagues on their first day at work. On this day you will receive comprehensive information about our company. The day will be rounded off by a shared lunch at our company restaurant and the presentation of a welcome gift. On the second day of work, our new colleagues will then start working in the relevant department.

You are welcome to apply directly via our job portal. Simply click on the desired position and select the "Apply online" button. The job portal will then guide you through the application process.

The preferred method is via our ZIEHL-ABEGG job portal. However, if you are unable to apply online, post is an acceptable alternative.

We always keep our open positions on the job portal up-to-date. As soon as a position is no longer available, it will be removed from the portal.

In principle, application documents should always include a cover letter, a CV, and all relevant school and work references. The cover letter should include your motivation, earliest possible starting date, and an annual salary expectation.

All your professional positions as well as your educational background should be clearly listed in your CV. Your contact details (address, e-mail, telephone number) should be complete. Pay particular attention to clarity and a uniform format.

You are welcome to upload all application documents in a combined PDF to our job portal. Please note: The application documents are the first impression that an employer receives from you. For this reason, it is important to ensure a clean and orderly presentation.

We take the issue of data protection and confidentiality very seriously, which is why we follow the applicable national and European data protection regulations. Unless you have given your consent to save your application for further job offers, your data will be deleted after the end of the application process and after the expiry of the possible period for filing a claim. If your application is related to a specific job advertisement, we will only store your application data beyond completion of the application process for this job if this is necessary to safeguard our legitimate interests, for a maximum of 6 months, or, in accordance with your consent, for a maximum of 24 months.

Regardless of whether you apply online, by e-mail, or by post, we will send you a confirmation of receipt for your application. If you have entered an e-mail address, it will be sent by e-mail. If no e-mail address is provided, we will send you this confirmation of receipt by post.

After submitting your application in our portal, you will first receive a confirmation of receipt. The personnel officer in charge will then review your application documents and discuss them with the specialist department. If we find that you may be a suitable candidate, we will invite you to a first interview. This takes place with a contact person from the specialist department and the personnel officer in charge. During this meeting, we would like to learn more about you and your abilities, wishes, and ideas. At the same time, we will present the company to you and answer any open questions you have about the position and working at ZIEHL-ABEGG. We will use a possible second interview to discuss the topics in greater depth.
