Team-building event to Garmisch-Partenkirchen during the 2024 induction days

In the fall of 2024, 73 new DH students and trainees set off on an exciting team-building trip to Garmisch-Partenkirchen as part of the induction days. 

The aim of the event: to promote cohesion and cooperation with the help of organization, communication and creativity. 

The group started with an impressive hike up to the Tannenhütte, which is located at an altitude of 934 meters. After the challenging ascent, an impressive view awaited the trainees and DH students.

Then the big challenge followed: divided into small teams, the participants built a huge chain reaction from a wide variety of materials and components provided.

Dual study program in mechatronics engineering

With my dual study place at ZIEHL-ABEGG, I have hit the jackpot. I can finally do everything I've always been interested in, namely exploring and experimenting with technical processes. I feel really at home here at ZIEHL-ABEGG. Every day is exciting and brings new valuable insights. In my team, we work on projects for the future, which impresses me. I also think it's great that we "the youngsters" are fully recognized by all the other employees, including our superiors, which is incredibly motivating. Together we are a big team.

Dual study program Consulting & Controlling

In my dual study program at ZIEHL-ABEGG, there are interesting and worthwhile things to learn every day. The practical part in particular shows how diverse and varied the chosen course of study is. In addition to tasks such as creating evaluations, calculations or making make-or-buy decisions, we also support projects from other departments. We work really well together as a team here. I switch between theory and practice every three months, which gives me different new perspectives and new specialist knowledge. I made the right decision to study at ZIEHL-ABEGG 100%.

Dual study program in industrial engineering

I made my decision to do a dual study program before I graduated from high school because I always want to make a difference. Here at ZIEHL-ABEGG, doors and gates are open to me. The balancing act between theory and practice complements each other perfectly. In my practical blocks, I'm always right in the middle of things and can learn a lot from the teams I'm working with. We check processes for efficiency and develop ideas for even more efficient procedures together. I think it's great that we all work on an equal footing here, everyone counts the same, which is pure motivation for me.
