Head of Department Final Assembly
"Success always depends on the team" - Jens Mugrauer applies this motto in his role as Head of Department for Final Assembly. Jens started his career at ZIEHL-ABEGG as a trainee and has advanced his career impressively. With his knowledge and skills acquired in this way and his extensive professional experience, including five years abroad in a position of responsibility at ZIEHL-ABEGG Hungary, he assumed responsibility for the world’s largest, one-piece cast axial fan impeller with unique blades based on bionic insights as Head of the Final Assembly department at the ZIEHL-ABEGG Bieringen plant in 2015.
Sina Hauber
Dual Student, Business IT
The future is always a priority here at ZIEHL-ABEGG, which fascinates me in my apprenticeship. As a dual study student starting in 2018 in the field of business IT, this is particularly important to me. Digitalisation and artificial intelligence are a reality at ZIEHL-ABEGG. It is fun to learn in a team of professional IT colleagues and to feel that I am constantly perfecting my qualifications and knowledge in these areas, which is why I can really get involved in the IT department when it matters. We are working exclusively on future projects here, which is outstanding. No two days are the same. I love being here.

ZIEHL-ABEGG has been the best decision in my life so far. My training as an industrial mechanic is great fun and the training team here is world-class. I learn a lot here. Every day is exciting and eventful. My fellow apprentices are really great. We are a big, enterprising team. Great ideas always find an open ear here. When will you be there?
