SUCCESS STORIES AND PERSPECTIVES

We have big goals and set milestones every day to make the good even better. We all like to walk this path as one team at ZIEHL-ABEGG. Together, we can move mountains, yet all employees remain completely individual in their own way. It is precisely this variety in every aspect of the people involved here that makes our company successful. We rely on strong, impressive, innovative and committed employees.

Jana Stricker - Material Planning

Jana Stricker works in the "Material Planning" team at ZIEHL-ABEGG to ensure that production never comes to a standstill in the company. More than just work with responsibility. When Jana bravely set the first milestone for her professional future with her apprenticeship at ZIEHL-ABEGG, she couldn't have dreamed that she would be so successful in her profession today. Her daily work includes, among other things, regular contact with international suppliers and organisations and the organisation of deliveries "just in time", because nothing happens without the important procurement of materials, as Jana always says. The global supply chain, the constant growth at ZIEHL-ABEGG makes Jana’s job exciting every day.

Jens Mugrauer - Head of Department Final Assembly

"Success always depends on the team" - Jens Mugrauer applies this motto in his role as Head of Department for Final Assembly. Jens started his career at ZIEHL-ABEGG as a trainee and has advanced his career impressively. With his knowledge and skills acquired in this way and his extensive professional experience, including five years abroad in a position of responsibility at ZIEHL-ABEGG Hungary, he assumed responsibility for the world’s largest, one-piece cast axial fan impeller with unique blades based on bionic insights as Head of the Final Assembly department at the ZIEHL-ABEGG Bieringen plant in 2015.
